If your department has completed migration to the City's new Microsoft MFA solution and you are no longer using DUO, you can enroll for the new Self Service Password Reset tool here: https://aka.ms/ssprsetup. You will need to complete the enrollment with your current valid password and MFA before you will be able to use the new self-service reset option. After you have completed enrollment, you can then reset your password at https://aka.ms/sspr.
